Lite Bite
Chicken, cheeses and salad,
Become as refreshing as dew.
My taste buds feeling happy,
For the festive feast I had.
Some say it's only lunch,
But I feel overcome with love.
The flavours bringing welcome joy,
And my spirit soars so high.
Deep within my active body,
My energy turns up the heat.
Savouring every last tiny morsel,
Bringing on a surge to my feet.
Better off than most I see,
My day is made complete.
Topped up and ready to go again,
See me race off down the street.
