    Following 'The Way'...

wherever you now lay,

I shine the light of love

you carried once upon the way.

brave and strong you came,

lost the battle in death,

but never have you gone away.

mighty friend who challenged life,

found eternal peace amidst the skies,

you're missed but ne'r forgotten.

beautiful man who cared,

loved family and friends so well,

held a love of all begotten.

fight I shall to honour,

feed courage to the world you knew,

and be example of how you'd live.

bold in loves abundance,

I share the courage to be daring,

from the spirit that you'd give.
