Life,
this often tangled web,
Shows
a way of hopefulness,
Somewhere
on a far horizon,
When
I shall ably live for less.
Two
roads met, but for choice,
I
was struck dumb in dis-ease,
To
find the heart to carry on,
This
rocky route or through the trees?
After
much debate I could see,
The
decision rested squarely to right,
Despite
that darker route of shadow,
Onwards
I strode to find the light.
And
it came to be declared,
The
journey ever long not wrong,
Was
filled with adventure ahead,
And
the joy you now hear in my song.
